Delivery & Returns

Every product on this website is in stock and ready for immediate despatch unless otherwise stated.

All items weighing less than 2kg are despatched by Royal Mail Recorded delivery or similar.​

All packages over 2kg are despatched via UPS or other freight carrier.

All goods are despatched within 24 hours.

Orders placed after 12 noon and at weekends will be processed the next working day.

Goods normally arrive within 1-2 days of despatch in the UK and 2-4 days for the rest of Europe. 

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the order form.

Please be aware that goods sent outside of Great Britain may be subject to custom duties and taxes in the receiving country.

Please note it will be the responsibility of the receiver to pay any charges applied when goods reach their destination

Returns

We hope all our customers are happy with their purchases.

However, if you wish to return any items to us you may return them within 28 days of purchase, (distance selling regulations give you 7 days but we have extended this to 28 days).

Please note that we can only give refunds on returned items if they are in a resaleable condition and in the original packaging.

Please note that all returned safety glasses are subject to a 25% restocking charge.

Delivery charges for returned items are at your own cost, unless the item is faulty.

Please return items to the address shown in the contact us section .

Please include your order number and name/address with the returned goods.

If goods are purchased by debit or credit card, refunds can only be credited to the same card.

When returning products we recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking.
